When trying to save HTML as a doc file, if the HTML has elements inside
a table with the CSS page break styles set, we get an exception from
the save command that this is not allowed. Is it possible to get an
option in Document.SaveOptions or somewhere to just ignore these
breaks? That would be better than having to strip them out before
saving.
