Save Visio as PDF without hyperlink path

Hello there

I have kind of an unusual question.
I am trying to convert a visio file to pdf. This visio file contains multiple hyperlinks to addresses meant as IDs for other files in a database. For example a link address would be “4521”.

I am aware, that if i export a visio manually this changes to “file:///C/Users/me/Desktop/visio_to_convert.pdf” or wherever the visio file was saved.

Is it somehow possible to convert it to a pdf that only contains hyperlinks with the “original” (without relative path) ID.
