Hi,
On a web site user has ability only look at all his posts (with some simple filter). Posts from different threads are messed up. User do not have a list of threads, that he opened, where he can see status (resolved/not resolved/in progress/etc) of his issue.
Would be nice to have user’s profile more useful.
