Security and COM

I have been working with ASPOSE locally through our own software and COM and have not run into any problems. I sent some code to another user and instructed them to install ASPOSE and then run it. They can not get ASPOSE to write to IO and keep getting an “Access Denied” error. I have searched through this forum and it seems that the majority are running this through ASPNET.

My question is when ASPOSE is writing to disk what account is it using when I am calling it through COM? I use other COM components that write to disk and have not run into this problem.
