Select Range of Text

Hi ,
I am using Aspose latest version for doc conversion. Is it possible to select a range of text between paragraph or in a single paragraph and apply styles on it ? For example in the attached document i need to underline the text ‘Body in a Section’ .Is it possible to do that using Range or some other ways?

Instead of highlight you can underline needed word or a phrase.
