Selecting blocks from a drawing and uniting those into a new drawing

Hi!
I’m new to Aspose.CAD .NET and would like to know if it’s possible to select certain blocks of a dwg file and create a new file from those blocks? I’d use block attributes as a selector.

I have understood that it’s currently not possible to save files in dwg format but will that be a feature at some point?

Can you please elaborate the requirements and possibly a snapshot explaining your requirements would be appreciable.
