Sending HTML as mail body with embedded fonts etc

Hi,
I have a PDF document which I have converted to HTML using Aspose.PDF.
I have embedded everything into the html (see code below).

When using the “HtmlLoadOptions” of Aspose.Email and sending the email - the output in Microsoft Outlook (and the web-interface), looks strange. However, if I use the “view in webbrowser” in Outlook, the result is better (see attached pictures)

I have used the following code:

Earlier I have used the “Save as MHTML” (in Aspose.Words), but this option is not available in Aspose.PDF

Am i doing something wrong, or how am I able to insert my PDF document as the “mail body”?
Since the “Save as MHTML” is not available, I have tried to save the pdf as HTML, but its not working 100% just yet

We were able to regenerate the HTML and the generated HTML seems to be fine. However when email is sent, the same issue was observed as reported by you. I have attached the output email, please review and share your feedback if you find any differences.

Yes, the email attached by you, is the same result that I am getting (looks strange).
So im looking forward to see if your product team can come up with a solution.

What im actually trying to do, is to send the PDF as the “mail body”.
Is there another way to do this, besides converting the PDF to HTML?
As said earlier, I have previously used the “Save to MHTML” in Aspose.Words and that works great, so I was hoping there was some kind of easy way to do the same with a PDF file

Hi Thomas,

Unfortunately, there is no alternate option available as of now to load PDF into message body. The approach that you took currently is the only recommended process to achieve this.

You will be automatically notified once the logged issue is fixed and updated fix version is available online for download.

Hi Thomas,

The issue that we logged earlier as EMAILNET-38581 was investigated by our product team. The difference in display between Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer is due to different rendering engines in each and hence not a bug of Aspose.Email. The email renders fine in the web interface. You may verify the same by saving the HTML generated by Aspose.Pdf and opening it in Microsoft Word. We have attached screenshots of web interface and Microsoft Word for your reference. Please let us know if you need any further assistance in this regard.

As said earlier i have previously used the “SaveAsMHTML” of Aspose.Words which works fine in Outlook too.
Is there any way I can achieve the same result with a PDF with any of your Aspose components? (I have an Aspose.Total license)

Not sure how it works, but when i receive emails from other companies, I have to possibility to select “download images” or something like that, inside Outlook, which displays the images/html correctly (or so it seems, anyways)

So - do you have any ideas on how I can make this work in Outlook with a PDF file?

We don't see any similar option in Aspose.PDF as obseved from its documentation. However, you can still post your inquiry to Aspose.PDF forum for further assistance in this respect.

We don't think a similar option is available for PDF documents also as the "download images" option appears for images only as far as we have observed. If you have come across any such scenario where the same applies to a PDF document, please share further details with us for assistance in this regard.
