For msg file I see email address with setKeepOriginalEmailAddresses true and missing display name. If I set setKeepOriginalEmailAddresses false I see display name and no email address. Finally I had to open the msg file twice with setKeepOriginalEmailAddresses as true and false. Later I merged the properties. Not sure if this can be fixed. Since the msg file is client data. I could not share. Any help would be appreciated.
