Hi Christophe,

Thanks for inquiring Aspose.Slides.

I have observed the issues shared by you and like to share that both of issues are already added to Priority Support level. Please visit this thread link for your kind reference in this regard as well.

I have also observed the issues statuses from our issue tracking system and like to share both of them are blocked owing to API limitation in Aspose.Slides. The issues are blocked owing to on going development of DrawingML library in Aspose.Slides. Actually, the shadow effects are presently missing in Aspose.Slides. When the DrawingML library will be completed the said issues will get resolved. The DrawingML library is expected to get completed in May 2014 and shadows support will be incorporated in June release of Aspose.Slides for Java.

We will share the further updates with you as soon as it will be shared by our development team.

Many Thanks,

Hi Muddassir,

What's new about this issue ?
Have you resolved it ?
Will you integrate the resolution in the june version ?

Regards
Christophe

Hi Christophe,

I have verified the status of the issues SLIDESJAVA-34214 and SLIDESJAVA-34215 from our issue tracking system. The said issues are blocked owing to missing implementation of internal ML library. The said support will be included in Aspose.Slides for .NET 14.6.0. Once it will be implemented in Aspose.Slides for .NET, it will then be ported to Aspose.Slides for Java subsequently. We will share the feedback with you as soon as the issues will be resolved.

Many Thanks,

Hi Muddassir,

In a last post, you said that the version will be ready for June.
Is this really the case ?
When java version will it be ready ?

Regards,
Christophe

Hi Christophe,

You are right. Actually, the issues shared are dependent over our internal ML library implementation which is one of complex modules that we have been working from quite some time. With ML Library completed the 3D rendering and shadows rendering support will become available in Aspose.Slides. The ML library will be implemented in Aspose.Slides for .NET 14.6.0 which is scheduled for delivery by end of July. Once implemented in Aspose.Slides for .NET, it will then be ported to Aspose.Slides for Java 14.6.0 subsequently.

I will share the further information with you as soon as it will be available.

We are sorry for your inconvenience,

Hi Muddassir,

In your last post you wrote that Aspose.Slides for NET version would be implemented by the end of July. Did you complete this implementation ?
When java version will it be ready ?

Regards,
Christophe

Hi Christophe,

I have verified from our issue tracking system and regret to share that the concerned implementation of internal ML Drawing Library in Aspose.Slides for .NET is still in progress and will be completed in Aspose.Slides for .NET 14.9.0. We are working over this implementation and it is taking time. Once it will be resolved in Aspose.Slides for .NET 14.9.0, it will be resolved in Aspose.Slides for Java subsequently.

Many Thanks,

Hi Mudassir,

The 14.10.0 .NET version is now downloadable.
IIs this problem is corrected ?
When will it be available for Java library ?

Regards,
Christophe

Hi Christophe,

As shared earlier that concerned issues are blocked owing to missing shadows and 3D rendering in Aspose.Slides. The internal drawing library concerning to provide the support for requested feature is still in progress and we are still working over its implementation. Once the implementation will be completed, we will be in position to provide the requested support. We can understand your inconvenience but unfortunately we are unable to help at the moment owing to missing implementation.

We are sorry for your inconvenience,

Hello,

What’s new about your library ?
Can you provide me a delivery date ?

Regards,
Christophe

Hi Christophe,

I like to share that the internal API implementation is carried in parts and we are continually improving the rendering support. However, the complete implementation is likely to be completed during Q3 of 2015. There are some internal implementation limitations for which internal rendering library implementation is taking time. We will share the good news with you as soon as the issue will be resolved.

Many Thanks,

Hi,

This post has been open for more than two years and we still have no answers or solutions to this annoying problem. What are the news about the API implementation ?
