Shape Text Box problem

I'm having problems when I copy ( clone ) a file across using Aspose.Word which contains Text Boxes in Text Boxes.

I understand that there is an issue with Z-ordering, but any ideas on how to get around this, and when this likely to be corrected

Each shape has an anchor that is usually displayed to the left of a paragraph in the main text when you click on a shape. Just pull the anchors to be in different paragraphs. This will allow you to keep the textboxes as is, yet escape the Z-order problem.
