“Shape to image error” error is encountered when the attached document is uploaded to the system.
We are using Aspose.Cell.21.6 version.

I tried to convert your new file to PDF but found this error:
“Font ‘MS PGothic’ does not support style ‘Regular’”. May be some font (missing) issue on my end.
By the way, did you try using latest version (Aspose.Cells for .NET v21.10)?
