SharePoint: Workflow Action Updating Word Quickparts

Hello,

at one of our customers there is a SharePoint 2013 workflow, that is converting docx to pdf. The docx has many Quickparts in it and these fields were not updated reliable to pdf version of the document.
These Quickparts are placed in the Header of the document.

Do you habe any suggestions?
