Is the XPS Silverlight viewer included in the Aspose Total .NET or it has to be purchased from First Floor.

Thanks for your inquiry. XPS Silverlight viewer is not included into Aspose.Total.
By the way, the latest version of Aspose.Words supports converting to SWF format. You can use SWF to show document on your web page. SWF file produced by Aspose.Words already includes viewer. I attached sample SWF file produced by Aspose.Words. Hope this could be useful for you.
