When I load and save the attached file, some content in the saved file got moved a little bit lower. Please see the screenshot.
Presentation presentation = new Presentation("test.pptx");
presentation.save("test-aspose.pptx", SaveFormat.Pptx);
I’m using Aspose.Slides for Java 18.2.

I have observed the issue shared by you and have been able to reproduce the issue specified. An issue with ID SLIDESJAVA-36937 has been created in our issue tracking system to further investigate and resolve the issue. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be automatically notified once the issue will be fixed.
