Hello,
I have noticed a problem rendering a slide from a Powerpoint presentation. I have attached the presentation, and an image that demonstrates the problem.
The slide in question is slide #3 in the presentation. The top portion of the attached image shows a screenshot of the slide in Powerpoint. The bottom portion shows the result of SlideEx.getThumbnail().
The slide does not contain any OLE objects or anything like that.
I am wondering if you can help me resolve this issue.

I have observed the problem shared in the thumbnail but in order to further investigate the issue, I need the source presentation file. Please share the source presentation file for further investigation.

I regret to inform you that smart art rendering is currently unavailable in Aspose.Slides for Java. An issue with ID 18364 has already been created in our issue tracking system to resolve the issue. This thread has also been linked with the issue, so that you may be automatically notified, once the issue is resolved.
