Slides to Image with Chinese character

Hello,

My slides contain Chinese character. The Chinese characters turned to be unreadable when convert to tiff image? any suggestion

I have observed the requirement shared by you and suggest you to please try using Aspose.Slides for Java 7.8.0 on your end. If there is still an issue then please share the sample presentation, generated out put and sample code with us for further investigation. Please also share the operating system environment and Java details with us.

Aspose.Slides for Java 7.8.0 has been released on 26 September, 2013. If your subscription is valid till the mentioned date then you can avail the specifed version on your end without renewal. I have suggested you to try using the latest version on your end first. You can try using that with trial version first to see if the issue of Chinese character rendering is resolved in the speciied version or not. If it is resolved then you can use the new version other wise please share the sample presentation, generated output, sample code and any custom Chinese fonts used in your presentation. I will investsigate the issue further on my end to help you out.

We just upgrade the java version to7.8. The problem of unable to display Chinese character is still there. Any other recommendsations?
