Hi,
I want to group rows using aspose. How can it be implemented using smart markers. ?

Your inserted markers (in the second sheet) look ok and should give your desired output. Do you not get your desired output? We recommend you to kindly see the document on Smart Markers for your reference.

If you still could not implement it, kindly do share your sample code (runnable) to show the issue. we will check it soon.

The groupRows part where we can (maximise(+),minimise(-) the rows — how can that be implemented in smart markers?

There is no such feature in Smart Markers, so you have to do it (group rows and columns) manually after your markers are processed and your data is inserted into the cells via Aspose.Cells APIs, see the document for your reference;
