SmartArt Content Is Lost when Saving PPT to PPT (1020)

Hi,


After I load and save the attached presentation, SmartArt content disappears in the target file.

String path = “ppt.ppt”;
Presentation presentation = new Presentation(path);
presentation.save(“ppt-asp.ppt”, SaveFormat.Ppt);

Can you check this?

I have worked with presentation file shared by you using Aspose.Slides for Java 17.5 and unable to observe the issue. I have also shared my generated result with you for your kind reference. Please see attachment. Can you please share generated result and environment details with us. Also please share which Aspose.Slides version you are using on your end.

I’m using Aspose.Slides for Java 17.5 on my side. Please see the attached screenshot.

Here’s some environment info:

Ubuntu 16.04 LTS x64

java version "1.8.0_121"
Java™ SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_121-b13)
Java HotSpot™ 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.121-b13, mixed mode)

Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 MSO (16.0.8067.2115) 32-bit

I have worked with presentation file shared by you using Aspose.Slides for JAVA 17.5.0 and have been able to observe the issue. A ticket with ID SLIDESJAVA-36426 has been created in our issue tracking system to further investigate and resolve the issue.
