SmartArt Objects do not Clone

Hi,

We're having trouble cloning PowerPoint 2010 slides that contain SmartArt objects. It looks like this almost works now, but text size, orientation and fonts are still getting messed up.

Please can you take a look at the attached PPTX files containing five SmartArt examples:-

1) a Basic Radial object, 2) a Chevron Chart, 3) a Grouped List, 4) a Vertical Block List, and 5) a Vertical Arrow List.

Please can you also check the file Copy because accurate rendering can also be an issue; particularly when exporting to PDF when blank slides can result.

Despite the holiday season, a quick solution would be much appreciated if possible?

Thanks for highlighting the issue. I have observed the issue specified and an issue with ID SLIDESNET-33885 has been created in our issue tracking system to further investigate and resolve the issue. Hi Mussadir,

It's now over a month sice we reported the cloning problem for SmartArt objects.

Please can you tell us when we might expect a fix?

I have verified from our issue tracking system and regret to share that the issue shared has not yet been scheduled. Actually, we have been working over new product release and with that rolled out now, I have requested our development team to kindly schedule the issue. I will share the updates with you as soon as they will be shared by our development team.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as SLIDESNET-33885) have been fixed in this update.
