I need to create a module preferably in asp.net with C# otherwise as 2nd prize, Winforms with C#.
Requirement is to read a video file (mp4) into a window and to be ably to ‘play’ the file and the freeze frame (Stop playback) when the desired frame is reached. I then want to crop the area of the screen needed and save the cropped area as a .jpg.
Is this possible with one of the aspose libraries within total for .net (which is what I have)
would appreciate help with this.
