[Solved] Save in doc format create a corrupted document

Hi there Aspose Team,
I have a problem when I save a .docm file into .doc format.
During the save of the document no error is raised, but then when I try to open it with MS Word it tells me that the document is invalid, I cannot open it using Aspose.Words either.

In the Attachement.zip you will find two documents.
The file input.docm is the input document, that you can use to reproduce the problem
The file output.doc is the output document, the resulting corrupted document.

I have tested it with the latest version : 14.1.0

Thanks for helping me with this.

Hi Edith,

Thanks for your inquiry.

I have tested the scenario and have managed to reproduce the same issue at my side. For the sake of correction, I have logged this problem in our issue tracking system as WORDSNET-9779. I have linked this forum thread to the same issue and you will be notified via this forum thread once this issue is resolved.

We apologize for your inconvenience.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-9779) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.

Hi, there.
It took me a while, but I finally managed to test this and unfortunatelly it seems that I still have the same issue.
When saving the provided document as doc format, the generated document is corrupted ( or so MS Word tells me ).
I simply load and save the document nothing else.
Is there something more that I need to do ?

Thanks.
