Some special character are not recognized by ASPOSE

Hi Aspose Team,

Why some special character are not recognized by aspose. For example Aspose is reading a " ( " symbol from a word documnt and writing "  ". Some cpecial chare are getting converted to its eqivalent hex value.

Hi team,

I have attached the sample2 doc where i have mentioed couple of symbols and how that is recognizing by ASPOSE and Interop. Is this one issue if the symbol is identified differently in aspose, or its the normal behavior of ASPOSE. Please assist ASAP.

Thanks for your inquiry and sorry for the delayed response. It would be great if you please share some more detail about your issue. Are you getting the incorrect characters in output Pdf file?

Please create a simple application (for example a Console Application Project) that helps us reproduce the same problem on our end and attach it here for testing. Unfortunately, it is difficult to say what the problem is without the Document(s) and simplified application. We need your Document(s) and simple project to reproduce the problem. As soon as you get these pieces of information to us we'll start our investigation into your issue.
