Hey guys, I’ve been tracking a bug that was present on your software prior to the 7.1 release. I originally posted about it in this thread:
Unnecessary spaces in PDF to HTML conversion
Well on the newest release that I’m working with I’m now getting spaces placed at random, it seems, throughout the document. I’m doing the most basic of conversions and I’m still getting the spaces. I’ve attached a copy of the resume I’m using to get the error if you’ll notice the absent of spaces are present in the address section and at the first employment title position.

Thank you for sharing the template file.
I have tested your issue with the latest version of Aspose.Pdf and I am able to reproduce your mentioned issue regarding ignored spaces in the generated file. Hey guys, I’ve posted about this issue a few times and each time I’ve been assured by your development team that the bug has been fixed, but I’m just not seeing an improvement on the output of the PDF to HTML conversions.
Here’s my most recent post about the bug:
Hi Faraji,
Guys, this is still not fixed. We need support on this. We’ve paid for the component and what’s happening is during the conversion to HTML there are either:
a. spaces between a word. Example: Appli cation Deve lopment
or
b. no spaces where they should be. Example: ApplicationDevelopment
We are attempting the conversion from a PDF to HTML
Thanks,
Ron Emery

Hi Ron,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Sorry for the delay in response.
Well, I am afraid; the issue PDFNEWNET-34040 is not yet resolved. I have asked the development team to share an ETA regarding the issue. As soon as I get a feedback, I will update you via this forum thread.
Sorry for the inconvenience,
This is still not resolved for us. Our subscription is up for renewal and we have not been able to use this component at all. Your support progress on the issue is incredibly slow, and I’m fairly certain other customers might be having the same issue.
Our needs are very simple, in that we are only trying to convert a PDF formatted document to HTML rendering. We see unnecessary spacing added between words and some spaces removed between word phrases.
Examples:
The iPhone is thebest smart phone onthemarket.
The iPhone is the be st smart ph one on the mar ket.
Our team is willing to work with yours to resolve this. Let us know what we can do. We have also contacted Sales Management in hopes they can help is some way.
Thanks for your attention on this. Please help resolve.
Sincerely,
Ron Emery

Hi Ron,
Please accept our apologies for the delay in resolution of your issue. Our development team is working on your issue but due to some priority support tasks and complexity of issue, this issue had to be postponed and rescheduled.
However, the reported issue is resolved partially in previous release as only address section spaces issue persists. I have raised the issue priority to high and requested resolution ETA from development team and as soon as I get a feedback, I will update you via this forum thread.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Best Regards,
