Spanning over two pages- with bleed

How can I get an image and a table to spread across 2 portrait orientated pages, over the fold, while bleeding correctly? I have an image for a header that will span across a page fold over to the next page. The image will need to bleed for a printer (extra image outside the viewable area) and also match the next page so it doesn't break the flow.

On top of that I have a table with so many columns that it spreads across two pages.

Any tips or tricks for this?
