Special French formatting applies incorrectly

Hello! I have a workbook with only one cell formatted as Special, French, SSN. The StringValue returned is incorrect. Please check the attached console application.

Thanks for the project.

Could you try our latest fix: Aspose.Cells for .NET v7.2.2.5

I have tested on my environment and it works fine as per the "Expected formatted value: 12 34 567 891".
