Splitting a cell is not working

Hi,

I have a table with many rows (Eg: 15).
In that in a specific row and we need to split the specific cell in to 6.
It is not working as expected.

The newly added cell is added in the last row. Not in the expected row.
If I’m adding a new table which has only row, it is working as expected.
