Stack Overflow Exception - Intermittent

There is an intermittent Stack Overflow Exception. The exception stack trace looks like below:

java.lang.StackOverflowError
at com.aspose.cells.zabu.a(Unknown Source)
…

We cannot analyse anything from the stack trace. Also since the issue is intermittent and we get correct response in the very next request, we dont find any issues with the excel file.

Please suggest what could be the issue here.
