Start date and Finish date are different from xml and mpp file when reading

Hi Aspose team!

I’m using Aspose.Task 3.6 for importing files from MSP.

I’ve 2 files (1 is mpp and another is xml which are the same data) but i do not know why the start date and finish date are different from them when reading in Aspose.Tasks.

Task “Constraint - AsLateAsPossible(1)”

- For mpp file: start date = 10/27/2010
finish date = 10/28/2010

- For xml file: start date = 11/19/2010

finish date = 11/22/2010

The start date = 11/19/2010 and finish date = 11/22/2010 when it was viewed by MSP.

Could you please take a glance at it?

Hi Ngoc,

This issue has been logged into our issue tracking system as TASKS-31849. We will keep you updated on this issue in this thread.

As a workaround, I opened XML file in MSP 2007 and saved it as MPP and then read both the files with Aspose.Tasks for .NET and the dates were correct. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as TASKS-31849) have been fixed in this update.
