@citylinemarketing

Would you please try using Aspose.HTML for .NET 20.8 in your environment and in case you still face any issue, please share your sample code snippet along with input file. We will test the scenario in our environment and address it accordingly.

Hi, may I ask if this issue be fixed?

When startxref is always 0, PDF parser would define the PDF as invalid - the error: PdfReadError(“startxref not found”).

@citylinemarketing

We are afraid that the earlier logged ticket has not been yet resolved and have been postponed due to big amount of work that needs to be done in order to fix it. However, we will surely let you know as soon as the issue fix is planned. Please be patient and give us some time.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

If PDF parser fails to verify the PDF generated by Aspose, could you provide any other verification methodology to secure the success of the PDF conversion on java code level?

@citylinemarketing

We are afraid that we cannot comment much upon the situation as the ticket is not investigated yet. The Conversion engine of HTML to PDF functionality needs to be investigated and enhanced which will take significant amount of time. We will let you know as soon as the ticket is resolved. Please spare us some time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The current issue is affecting our service to an international brand, please help to escalate the issue and confirm us a target fix date. Thanks.

@citylinemarketing

We are gathering the information related to the ticket investigation progress and will share our feedback with you soon.

Could we have answer in 1 week please?
Please understand that we have been receiving complaints on this issues since we reported. We were actually waiting responses from Aspose. If we cannot have a target fix date soon, we need to report to client which Aspose has no solution at this moment and we need to switch to another PDF generator for client.
