Startxref always equal to 0 when convert html to pdf

We are using aspose html version 19.9 to change html to pdf file, however, we find that the startxref always equal to 0 in the generated pdf. We also use aspose word to convert word document into pdf, but not have such problems for aspose word, can you please help to check?

For more information, below is the trailer section of the pdf file generated by aspose word and aspose html respectively
