Status of Table Style Support?

Hi there. First of all, I’m very impressed with Aspose’s products, very cool stuff! I’m curious as to the current status of Aspose Word’s support for table styles. I have seen mention of a “future version”, and in a blog post back in 2006 of “very soon”, but I don’t see any other information. Can someone from Aspose provide an update?

This might be a big problem for us, not necessarily because we can’t create or edit table styles, but because it seems that if we modify a document with table styles then those styles are clobbered, even if we didn’t touch the table.

Thanks for your request. Unfortunately, Table styles are still not supported. This is the issue #5262 in our defect database. Currently, I cannot provide you any reliable estimate regarding this issue. Hopefully, table styles will be supported somewhere in this year.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as 5262) have been fixed in this update.
