Hi,
In order to subscribe to Aspose newsletter, please click your username in the right-top corner of the screen to go to profile edit page, switch to 'Extended Info' tab and check 'Do you wish to receive Aspose Newsletter' check-box.
In order to receive announcements about new entries in Downloads section, you need to go to corresponding section, choose category (like http://www.aspose.com/community/files/51/file-format-components/aspose.words-for-.net-and-java/default.aspx for Aspose.Words and click 'Enable Email Subscription' button above the file listing).
