Support Dashboard not Showing up for Sub-account

Hello,
We have a new user who was added as a sub-account, but cannot see all the tickets. Can someone please help?

I think, it is by design that the sub-account cannot see topics/tickets of main/master account. However, the sub account should be able to see his own topics/tickets; and to see activity of master account, you first need to login using the credentials of master account.
