Support for Conditional Formating

Hello,



I would like to know if Aspose.Cells now supports conditional formating, and if not, are there any plans to support it in the near future? I need to display the value of a cell in red if the value of the cell is less than the value of another cell. I set it properly in the designer, but I need to dynamically insert rows at run time, and the conditional formating gets lost on certain rows after the insert.
