Can you please let me know whether Aspose.Word version 4.3.0.0 will support the file extension .doc and also with file extension .docx

Thanks for your inquiry. DOC format is supported starting from the very first version of Aspose.Words. So Aspose.Words 4.3.0.0 surely supports DOC format.
Aspose.Words supports export (saving) to DOCX format starting from 4.4.0 version, which was released on 08/22/2007. Import (loading) of DOCX is supported starting from 4.4.1 version, which was released on 10/12/2007.
