docx, doc, xlsx, xls, ppt, pptx, PDF.
I’m currently working on a webmail app that can show HTML previews of

Thanks for considering Saaspose. Our SaaS service provides all the solutions you are looking for.
DOC/DOCX to HTML has been implemented but not live yet. This feature will be moved to live service once we complete our testing, hopefully within this week.

in the Word/Excel/PDF documents?

Yes of course, our APIs return the HTML output as a ZIP file which includes HTML, CSS and Images etc. You can also export DOC/DOCX to MHTML. Please have a look at the following PHP examples and test at your end.
