SVG: Multiple tspan elements not aligned correctly

SVG tspan elements nested inside a text element are not aligned correctly
when using dx and dy for relative positioning:
dx and dy of the predecessor nodes seem to be ignored.

Two examples including sources files, actual output and expected output (rendered by chrome v96.0.4664.45) are attached to the ticket.
Tested using Apsose.Imaging .NET 21.12.0
