System.OutOfMemoryException while generating PPTX files

I am using aspose slides for .Net version 7.6.0.0

I am generating PPTX files in windows services.

Some times i am getting ‘System.OutOfMemoryException’ in that service

Some times i am getting ‘System.OutOfMemoryException’

Code is a windows service aplication. generates pptx files and sends mail… but i am getting this issue only some times

Thank you for the details.

Please download and try the latest version of Aspose.Slides for .NET v14.4.0 and in case you still face any issue, please share your code and sample files with us which are causing the issue. We will check it and get back to you.

Thanks for your reply.



I tried to download and use latest version in my current application, but in latest version some of old functionalities are not exist. ( like using Aspose.Slides.Pptx) …



So I don’t want to change my old code, there are some concerns for me.



Here I am attaching actual issue messages. Please check them once and give me some solution to fix this issue.

However, to suggest you any solution or fix the problem (if any), first we need to reproduce the issue at our end. For that, I would request you to share your sample application, input file and system environment with us to further test your issue.
