I am using version 17.5
I read this table, and the table.Height shows it being 380.6.
In Powerpoint, the table is shown as being 9.73", which translates to 700.56.
Why is the table height being shown differently thru Aspose?

I have worked with your sample presentation using Aspose.Slides for .NET 17.5 on my end and tried accessing table width and height. I have obtained the correct values in terms of widths and height on my end. If you divide the obtained values with 72 ( Aspose uses 72 pixels per inch), you will get exact values as obtained in PowerPoint. Please visit this snapshot for your convenience.
