Tables breaking over multiple pages

Hey there


I’ve wrestling with this one for a while. How do I stop a table from breaking over to a new page. I’ve tried several techniques, including measuring the height of each item in a paragraph collection and creating new pages. No satisfactory result.

Is there a rock solid method for undertaking what on the surface appears to be a common requirement.
