Task dates set to year 2000 after loading MS Project 2016 MPP file (C# .Net Core)

Hi,

Working with a 2016 Project file (.NET Core IFormFile) converted to a byte array and then to a Stream.

An Aspose.Tasks.Project is created from this stream but all dates are set to year 2000 (instead of 2019), however day and month are correct.

Have you ever encountered anything similar?
