Actually already purchased product on Saturday (today) and waiting on a license.
It's got to be being an "Evaluation" why your OCR does not work. Surely the forum item that says business documents (what we want to OCR) must be in fonts of 28pt or greater ... surely this has been addressed since that 2009 posting. If not then I want my money back and you can keep your license.

This issue has been logged into our issue tracking system as OCR-29048 but unfortunately, it has not been fixed yet. Our developers are making some major improvements in the product and this issue will also be resolved during this process. I have asked development team to share when this fix will be available and let you know as soon as I get an ETA. Sorry for the inconvenience.
