Text between ++ and ++ should not be underlined

I am using this code:

License lic = new License();
lic.SetLicense("");

Document doc = new Document("in.md");
doc.Save("out.docx");

Problem is, text between ++ and ++ should not be underlined. Here is source, output and expected files.
