Hi All,
We use Aspose.pdf.dll (version : 4.1.2.0 ) and Aspose.pdf.kit.dll (version : 4.7.0.0 ) for pdf creation in our application. Our application is hosted on a server which runs on Windows Server 2012 OS (Operating System). We have predefined PDF templates (forms) in our application that we fit and create using Aspose.pdf.kit.dll. As per our implementation/approach, we calculate the width and height of different fields from this mapped PDF templates using the GetFieldFacade(fieldName) method before generating PDF.
Recently, we are observing text cut-off issues with the generated PDF using Aspose.pdf.kit.dll. This popped up all of a sudden. We suspect this could be due to the OS patching activities that happens on the server but we are unable to identify/ascertain if there is any impact of OS patching activities on the performance of Apose.pfd.kit.dll and its methods such as GetFieldFacade(fieldName).
Can the community members help us out by pointing us towards relevant resources or sharing information on, if any sort of patching, be it OS patching or Anti Virus Patching, or routine activities on server can have impact on underlying functionality of Aspose.pdf.kit.dll?
It will help us to narrow down to the root our text-cut issues.
PS: I know the version of Aspose PDF kit is old but unfortunately, we cannot change it to the latest due to lot of constraints.
Thanks.
