When I convert the attached pdf to html, a lot of the text is not formatted correctly. Words have mixed capitalization. With lower and upper case letters.
Also, question marks get outputted.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as PDFNEWNET-35137) have been fixed in Aspose.Pdf for .NET 10.7.0.
