Text is upside down in some shapes
I tested em online converter:

Thanks for the template file.

We reproduced the issue as you mentioned by converting your template Excel file to PDF file format. We found text is upside down in some shapes in Excel to PDF conversion.
e.g.
Sample code:

Workbook workbook = new Workbook("g:\\test2\\TB    04.04.01 - 010 - 06 - TAB - EXCEL.xlsx");
workbook.Save("g:\\test2\\out1.pdf");

Your issue has been resolved and the fixed functionality will be released with version 23.6. If you need this feature urgently, you can also consult our hot fix.
Here is the resulting file I generated using the latest function:

We plan to publish Aspose.Cells v23.6 in the first half of June 2023. You will be notified when the next version is released. We cannot share the exact date as releases are published once ready, you may expect it in the second week of next month though.
