Text Missing in the Tables when Converting PPTX to HTML in C#

Hi Aspose support,
In our product we have the functionality that converts PPT to html.
We are using Aspose.Slides.NET (22.9.0) library.
After conversion PPT document to html, text missing in the tables.

(left side converted document view -right side PPT document)
Source document:pivo.zip (813.2 KB)
Expected result: Converted html should be the same as PPT document.

Please help on this.

Thank you for reporting the issue.

I’ve reproduced the problem with text in the tables when converting the presentation to HTML document and added a ticket with ID SLIDESNET-43573 to our issue-tracking system. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our development team will investigate the case. You will be notified when a new release of Aspose.Slides with a fix is published.

It would be great if you could share the following additional information:

  • OS version on which the conversion was performed
  • .NET target platform in your app

We will then also test the fix in an environment similar to yours.

We are using Windows 10 Pro (64-bit operating system, x64-based processor) and .NET Framework 6.0

The issues you found earlier (filed as SLIDESNET-43573) have been fixed in Aspose.Slides for .NET 23.2 (ZIP, MSI).
