Hi,
The attached document is uploaded to the system, the document is corrupted.
I attached the original file and corrupted file. We are using Aspose.Cell 19.12.1 version. Thanks.

Thanks for the template file and PDF document.

I tested your scenario/ case using latest version/fix: Aspose.Cells for .NET v20.1.x by converting your template file to PDF file format and noticed some Smart Art shapes’ text is missing in the output PDF file format. Do you find the same issue? We appreciate if you could provide a screenshot to highlight the problematic areas (comparing original file Vs output PDF), so we could log appropriate ticket after confirmation and to figure out your issue soon.

When the document was converted to pdf, a screenshot was taken for the areas that occur incorrectly. The fields with errors were marked. You can download the screenshot from the link

Please notice, we have logged a ticket with an id “CELLSNET-47640” for your issue. We will look into it soon. The issue is logged as following:
CELLSNET-47640 - Text inside SmartArt shapes not rendered in Excel to PDF conversion

Once we have an update on it, we will let you know.

We are sorry but we cannot fix this issue any time soon. Aspose.Cells does not support parsing smart art now. We only load the cached shapes in the file, but the data of the cached shapes are not the same as displayed in Excel.
