The Size of Output Files is 0 Kb when Converting PPTX to PDF on Linux in C#

Hi, I use Aspese.Slides23.2 to convert pptx files into pdf files, but the transferred pdf files cannot be opened, only 0kb or 1kb. My system architecture is Linux Kernel, and the pdf transferred from pptx files in centos and ubuntu systems is normal

It looks like the issue is not related to Aspose.Slides. Please try to isolate the problem and check it carefully. If the issue persists, please share the following files and information:

  • presentation file
  • code example that reproduces the problem you described
  • full OS version on which the code was executed
  • .NET target platform in your app

Yes, it may have nothing to do with aspose.slides. It should be the lack of dependent components of aspose.slides. My error message is Startxref not found. What components are missing?
