I use the key from Aspose.Total.Product.Family to access this file and nothing happens. The trial version is extremely fast, but only converts 13 pages, and the official key for the trial cannot convert pdfs.

@stevenliuit Thank you for additional information. The issue also occurs in the main .NET version. Once it is fixed in .NET version, the fix will be auto-ported to Java version too. We will keep you updated and let you know once it is resolved in Java version.
