Thanks for the template file.

We reproduced the issue as you mentioned using your template file. We found an exception “System.IndexOutOfRangeException: ‘Index was outside the bounds of the array’” when opening the XLS file via Aspose.Cells.
e.g.
Sample code:

Workbook workbook = new Workbook("g:\\test2\\00000018000010_00003.xls");
